Homemade Fruit Jelly

INGREDIENTS

125 ml (½ C) boiling water

30 ml (2 T) gelatin powder

125 ml (½ C) cool water

750 ml (3 C) Rhodes Cranberry 100% Fruit Juice

METHOD

  1. Place the boiling water into a heatproof jug
  2. Add the gelatin and stir until dissolved
  3. Add the cool water
  4. Add the Rhodes Cranberry 100% Fruit Juice and stir well to mix
  5. Allow the jelly mixture to cool completely
  6. Once cool, place in the refrigerator for at least 3 - 4 hours or overnight
