Mango Slush Jelly


625 ml (2½ C) Bössi tea mango flavor

250 ml (1 C) white sugar

660 ml (2⅔ C) Rhodes Mango 100 % Fruit Juice Blend 

80 ml (⅓ C) fresh lemon juice


  1. Bring the water to the boil
  2. .Stir in the sugar until it dissolves
  3. Remove from the heat and allow to cool
  4. Stir in the Rhodes Mango Juice and enough of the lemon juice to taste
  5. Pour into a freezer safe container and freeze overnight
  6. Use a fork to pull the frozen juice into ice flakes and serve immediately
