Spicy Chutney Cauliflower

INGREDIENTS

Medium sized cauliflower head

Garlic Infused Olive Oil

1 tsp Herb & Black pepper 

¼ cup darling olive & chili Chutney

1tsp chili flakes

Toasted almond slivers (Optional)

METHOD

  1. Slice the cauliflower head through the middle and slice out the amount of cauliflower steaks you need
  2. Drizzle over some Darling Garlic Infused Olive oil and olive rub
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 175 ˚C, then brush with the chutney and bake until golden and cooked through
  4. Sprinkle with chili flakes and toasted almonds to serve
