Spicy Chutney Cauliflower
INGREDIENTS
Medium sized cauliflower head
Garlic Infused Olive Oil
1 tsp Herb & Black pepper
¼ cup darling olive & chili Chutney
1tsp chili flakes
Toasted almond slivers (Optional)
METHOD
- Slice the cauliflower head through the middle and slice out the amount of cauliflower steaks you need
- Drizzle over some Darling Garlic Infused Olive oil and olive rub
- Bake for 15 minutes at 175 ˚C, then brush with the chutney and bake until golden and cooked through
- Sprinkle with chili flakes and toasted almonds to serve
